Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms with fantastic equipment, even though they were not very clean. The service was professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly, with special praise for Javier from the kitchen. The location was tucked away between Brookhaven and the Perimeter, offering a suburban feel yet close to Perimeter Mall and 285. The dining experience was expensive overall, but I appreciated the gesture of Mohamed boxing up some cinnamon bread. The facilities were well-maintained with various commercial services available.
The hotel had a neat and clean room that could be completely darkened with curtains, though it felt a bit humid initially despite the temperature set at 66 degrees. The service was accommodating and prompt, particularly from the valet and front desk. The location, while lovely and beautifully set between Brookhaven and the Perimeter, was a bit hard to find. The dining experience included in the final price was not worth the extra cost, but I did appreciate the staff's gesture of boxing up some delicious cinnamon bread. Overall, despite a few hiccups, I would consider staying here again.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff was very friendly and efficient. However, the location felt a bit isolated unless you were in the area for business purposes. Despite this, the hotel provided everything we needed, including complimentary waters.
